A: The required pixel size of the mosaic is 1/100 of the sum of all dimensions of the genitalia.

Japanese websites are very strict regarding mosaic censorship. They will withhold/reject your product if the mosaic is not applied to the product property.

If you are requested a do-over, please send the revised product to us within a week; otherwise, the websites will reject your product registration. This will cause a delay in the release of your product.

A: It is recommended but not mandatory. The products marketed in Japanese tend to sell much better than those marketed only in English. Marketing your products in the Japanese language could increase your exposure and ultimately, your sales.

The Japanese language is rather complex; so that using machine translators almost always results in an inaccurate translation at best and a completely ruined marketing campaign at worst.

Payment

A: If your product receives any sales in the current month, you will receive the sales report on the 28th of the following month. After you receive it, you will have a few weeks to review it. During that time, you can feel free to ask us questions to the support staff. If you don’t have any questions, all you have to do is wait for payment. It is usually a few weeks after you receive the first sales report.  If you do not receive any sales in the current month, you won’t receive any sales report and no further action is taken for that month.

Since the yen exchange rate changes every day, we calculate the monthly payment to you based on the Yen exchange on the 28th of each month. Then a fluctuation buffer of 5-8 yen is calculated into the price, in order to account for changes in the exchange rate between the 28th of the current month and the actual payment date.

For the people who reside in the US, there are three options: bank check, PayPal and a bank wire. For the non-US residents, PayPal and a bank wire are the options.

No. Currently, we have not established Payoneer as a payment option.

If your monthly payment is small, we can hold your payments until the amount due accumulates to a larger amount (such as $500, $1000), then we can send the payment. You can set up any amount if it is more than $100. Please note that an international wire fee of $45 USD will be deducted from the total payment you receive.
